From retail to home kill, domestic to wild game, we’ve got you covered. Our Butcher, Morgan, has had experience in all these fields, as well as going over to France in 2025 to compete at the World Butcher Challenge! With a love for getting out there and doing it, whether it’s on the football field, on the ocean or cooking up a storm on the smoker, she strives to provide the best in everything she does. Coming from a life involved in farming, she understands the animal right from paddock to plate and will ensure you are well aware of what your animal has to offer.

Our Admin mastermind, Tiff, is the one doing all the behind-the-scenes magic. She sorts the website, the social media, and all the liaising that goes on to make this business run. From organizing pickup and drops offs of animals, to ensuring cutting lists are correct, without her, this business wouldn’t have been able to get off the ground! With 2 very passionate people and a hoard of support around us we are so excited to be offering a service to the community around us.
